We all love having clean vehicles to drive around town. What is your
preference when it comes to getting your car sparkling clean? Do you go
to the car wash and have someone clean it for you or do you prefer
getting out the ol’ bucket and sponge to do it yourself? If you are
wondering which one is a better choice, it really depends on your
reasoning behind each choose either option.
Stepping out of the office the other day, it took a little longer than usual for my eyes to adjust to the sunlight. After so many days of rain, the sun was a welcome shock to my retinas. Flooding is not something that one usually worries about here in Henderson County but after a week of non-stop rain, some businesses and homes were affected. Mother Nature has a way of reminding us just how helpless we are.
We would like to introduce you to Dr. Robert and Susan Laborde of Laborde Eye Group located in their new office on Fifth Avenue in Hendersonville, NC. possibilities for the day? Or do you worry that your less-than-green

After a long winter, spring is finally here! Spring sports seasons are
upon us and it is time to get out the gear to start playing some games!
When you are taking inventory of all the sets of cleats and shin guards
your family has, make sure to refresh your children about the rules and
regulations of playing sports. Every sport is different, but for the
most part they all follow the same basic safety rules. Give your kids
the knowledge of good safety measures and they will go far out there on
the field.
Business insurance, like all insurance, can seem overwhelming. You don’t want to pay for too much coverage but you certainly don’t want to be underinsured either. So whether you are starting a new business or just re-evaluating your current plan, you’ll need to understand your risk and the policies that are available to cover it.
As much as we don’t like to recall it, we have all gone to a funeral or
two in our lives. While they are not something anyone looks forward to,
they can really help give a sense of closure to the deceased’s family
and friends. However, after the funeral may be the hardest time for
loved ones of the deceased. That’s when all the paperwork starts piling
up and all the questions about finances and estates start happening.
So now that Groundhog Day is over and you heard the news that Spring is
coming early, have you gotten out your motorcycle yet? Or have you been
riding all along during the more brisk winter months? Sure, it might
seem warm to everyone in their cars and trucks, but to a motorcycle
rider anything below 70 degrees feels like an arctic tundra. The warmer
weather feels like a little bit of Heaven on earth when it starts
coming around.
