Underground Baking Company is a premier bakery in Hendersonville, NC. As Hendersonville's first organic bakery, we proudly serve freshly baked artisan breads and pastries four days a week in our shop located in the historic 7th Avenue district downtown. Co-owners Lisa Hoffman and Matthew Hickman opened Underground Baking Co. in 2009 after working a combined 40 years as pastry chefs at top resorts and restaurants across the country.
